It’s been 3 weeks plus now since I started my super weight loss and body toning program, progress has been slow for the past 7 days or so. What can I say, I fell sick.
Anyway, it’s time to pick up where I left off, time to hit the gym soon. There’ll be a slight change in my workout routine, where I’ll make good use of the secret one set technique to save time and make each gym session more productive.

Sigh…..still a little sick, I think I need more sleep, more rest, and definitely less work in order to get better. Anyways, breakfast was slightly heavy today, and lunch was back to cereals, yummy…



Today I committed a BIG weight loss sin - I skipped a meal!
How is that a sin? Well, skipping meals will only lead to one thing, you get hungrier and you binge on the next meal feeling it’s ok coz you’ve skipped the meal before right? WRONG!
It’s the worst that could happen, you lose balance and by binging on the next meal, your body gets much more food than it requires, leading to a lot of wastage turning into extra fats!
Sigh……
It started with breakfast…

Breakfast was ok, errr the sausage, we only had 2 left, so we cut it into a few pieces and shared hehehe
Then, I skipped lunch coz I was too busy working, I almost skipped dinner too, until it was at about 9.30 pm and I had a little bit of time to eat, and so I ate. Skipped lunch, dinner at 9.30pm, you can only imagine how much I would love to eat a nice meal at that time, and so I did…

I had fried rice (carbo!), black pepper pork belly soup and chinese tea
Now those food don’t sound like something one would have when undergoing a weight loss plan do they? lol
The level of obesity is at an all time high at the moment especially in America. From statistics collected, the average weight loss experienced by those who were on a diet plan were a mere 5-8 pounds annually. In a nutshell, their intentions to lose weight is not clear and they don’t have enough motivation to continue with their weight loss journey.

You need to have an objective which is bigger than weight loss, something very personal to you. Once you find that objective, you need to set up a scenario where you can only get there through losing weight successfully. When you plan out your weight loss like that, your motivation is no longer to lose weight but to achieve that bigger goal, losing weight is just a tool to get there. This is why it’s called “The Cheating Method”
