Effective weight loss with 20 minutes of heart pounding weight loss cardio

Weight Loss Cardio

You can lose weight with only 20 minutes a day of heart pounding weight loss cardio!

Wait…heart pounding weight loss cardio? What’s that?

Cardio exercises such as walking, bicycling or swimming and such are good in burning calories. Used effectively, these exercises can help you burn fat, live longer and healthier. However, cardio exercises are known to take a lot of time before you can expect any visible weight loss results.

That’s where my heart pounding weight loss cardio comes in. Instead of the casual moderate speed, I want you to take a spin and throw in 5 times of intense one minute bursts. Start slow, burst all out for a minute and go slow again, then burst it all out for another minute and so on until you hit 5 bursts! That’s how the heart pounding weight loss cardio works!

How your body responds to my heart pounding weight loss cardio

When you give your body sudden attacks like that, your body metabolism will spike up really high to give you the energy you need. After a few times of these sudden attacks, your body will learn your pattern and produce more energy by burning the fat from your body so that it will be ready for the next attack.

This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood and your heart will beat faster, which, increases the blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs. Scientific stuff aside, this is the secret to making your body work harder to burn off fats.

With my heart pounding weight loss cardio, your body will continue to burn fat even when you’ve already finished your 20 minutes. Now that’s maximizing your weight loss results with the minimum amount of time and maximum efficiency!

Starting out slowly

Please be warned, the heart pounding weight loss cardio is not meant for anyone who is not physically fit. Do consult your doctor before you begin to practice it. If your doctor says OK, start slowly and make progressive progress OK!

Cheers!

Are you adding value to yourself?

Personal Growth

Today, I had a conversation so meaningful it made me take a step backwards to take a second look about many things in my life such as my long term goals, my objectives, visions and such. They say a picture means a thousand words so, read on and take a look at the picture at the end of the post, you’ll know exactly what I mean…

Here’s what happened, I had a brief but meaningful chat with my BIG boss today and I’m really happy we had that chat. My boss is an almost perfect role model of a successful person so, I’m pretty sure he’s got the knowledge and experience in life to actually teach all of us a thing or two.

Anyway, we were chatting about how we should always be adding value to our clients. By adding value to them, we’re doing a lot more extra work in order to come up with those values. Here’s the juicy part, by doing all those extra work, by going the extra mile, we’re gaining a lot of extra knowledge and skills too - thus, adding even more value to ourselves…

He went on and on explaining to me about how it works and all. Later in the session, he went on to talk about how one should never work for money but work for the knowledge, the intelligence, the skills, the experience and so on and so forth. Few years back, I would immediately think to myself… “You’re so up there, of course you say so”

Fortunately, I’ve grown a little bit wiser this time and his words actually found a way to my mind. I find it to be so true now. Money is important to earn but learning is even more important. Put it this way, when you learn and add value to yourself, over the years, you become someone of value. Someone of value will always, always have money coming their way.

So, why worry about money now?

Worry about what you’re learning,
not what you’re earning!

This is especially true to the younger generations these days, the newbies, the fresh graduates and such…

I know, most people won’t get this, it takes a lot to really understand this theory but when you finally do, you’ll know what my boss was talking about.

Now my friend, whatever it is that you’re doing, ask yourself again and again, besides financial gains, are you gaining anything else doing whatever it is that you do?

Think hard about this question… think really hard…

Are you adding value to yourself?

Brand New! Brand New!

As you can see, I’ve revamped my blog! This will be a big revamp, and more needs to be done other than just changing a new theme. Things are currently work in progress but I’ll share with you a nice little story about why this revamp came to place…

On 15th March 2008, that’s last night at the time of writing, I met this wonderful Polish girl through a friend of mine and we chatted quite a bit. Before you think further, nothing’s going on between us ok but the conversation ended with us exchanging name cards and we became friends on facebook.

Now this is where it struck me. My blog is old, unfocused, cluttered, unmaintained and it’s on Facebook! This beautiful Polish girl is indeed in the internet marketing line as well and if she or anyone I meet in the future takes a look at my blog, what would they think? Can’t be good right…

So, after a night of thinking, I finally know what I want to do with my blog, hence, the BIG revamp. You can roughly tell what’s coming soon by just looking at the description of my blog at the top. Anyway, there’s a lot to do and things are just hectic here!

See you around soon! Oh, by the way, to the beautiful Polish girl (name omitted for privacy), if you’re reading this, please be proud that you’ve won yourself exclusive bragging rights!

Just by talking to me, (and me browsing your Facebook pictures), you’ve given me the inspiration I’ve been searching for and a direction of what I should do with my blog, how cool is that!

Lol, yeah, it’s a long shot, I know, let’s hope I hear from her soon *winks

Cheers!
