		<description>Cheating is just a way of re-aligning your thoughts, shifting your focus. 

For example, if you only focus on "I want to lose weight" you'll most likely end up the same as everybody else, not much success or very slow success because that is something easy to lose focus with, too much temptations, excuses, bla bla bla.

On the other hand, if you can tweak your thoughts a little bit and change it to something like...

I want to lose weight SO THAT I can write a multi-million-dollar weight loss book, sell it and become a millionaire, then you're playing a whole new different game. 

With that change alone, your focus is now... I want to write a multi-million-dollar weight loss book, sell it and become a millionaire. 

Now THAT has gotta be something much more important compared to weight loss right? This is how you re-align your thoughts and shift your focus.

The key thing about the Cheating Method is that you must have a bigger, more compelling reason to lose weight, and the only way to get there is to lose weight!
