The meal you had wasnt a big, binging meal anyways... Looks like a nice balance carb meal. Carb isnt ALL evil anyways, you need the energy in cardio activities.

So the secret to not skipping a meal is a protein shake, as you know. Just gulp one down, doesnt even take 5 mins.</description>
